On Tuesday October 3, 2017, City Council unanimously voted to adopt a general revision of the City’s zoning map consistent with the land use designation changes adopted in the 2015 Major Update to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan. The Mt. Calvary Church property, 3485 Stanford Court, is included in this revision of the City’s zoning map. The new zoning for the site is Residential Medium- 2 (RM-2) and will allow for a maximum of 59 units to be built on the property.
